| the lastest scale of investment in history——key project in Wongyuan |

| In May 2006, Wongyuan local goverment and HongKong Jinyuetong CO., LTD. signed to invest 0.1 billion US dollars in building Jinyuetong electron (Wenyuan) CO., LTD. in Wongcheng industrial tranfer zone of Guandu development district. It has been the important project with the most invest scale, highest technology, strongest foreign power and quickest speed. This project focuses on products of multilayer and high density boards,boards with buried and blind vias as well as boards of VIA IN PAD. 50% of the products are exported and 50% are for domestic sale. This project will take 266,800 M2 of land that will be cultivated in three periods.The first step is flatting the land, which was started in the middle of October in 2006 and would be finished on 20th November. After that the workshops would be under construction and in May of 2007 production can be started. The first period would cost 30 million US dollars, including 40 thousands M2 workshop, dormitory, office, 900 thousands tons of water equipment, 6,000 KV electricity equipments. The second and third peroids would be finished totally within 3 years . After the first period the turnover will reach 0.3 bilion RMB, and RMB 1 billon after the third. It will increase 30 million RMB of tax for the local government. The first step needs 1060 workers, 2215 workers in second and 3520 in third. It would enlarge the demand of labor force in the local place. |
